Very disappointed!Very poor quality and customer service! The flowers looked like they were frozen before then soft. I ordered a tedy bear to be delivered in the same day but was missing. Messaged them and no reply. I called the next day to ask for a refund for the bear and instead after 15 min they delivered the bear. Very disappointed! Never again! I also payed a lot for the flowers and extremely bad quality. So sad!
